Partial scholarships to BLW are available through the R. Bruce Tom Memorial Fund.  Obtain applications by including a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) with your registration form and deposit.  You can also print a form by clicking on the "Print" icon below.  

Please have patience - sometimes printing takes a few moments while the printer figures out just what it's supposed to do.  The form will be printed to your default printer.
