Fees, Refunds, Ceu's and Graduate Credits

Registration fee:  $310 if registered prior to February 28, 2008.  If registering after February 28, 2008 the fee is $335.

Cancellations and Refunds:  BLW will refund half of the deposit ($50) if an applicant cancels before February 21, 2008.  BLW will not refund deposits for cancellations submitted after Frebruary 21, 2007 (within one month prior to commencement of the workshop).  Our refund policy is structured to balance BLW interests and financial obligations while recognizing that schedules may change due to unforseen circumstanes.

Scholarships:  Scholarships are available and are in the amounts of $80, $100, $120 and $140.  These scholarships are based upon a number of criteria including need and available scholarhip funds.  Scholarships will be granted only twice. Credit Cards:  Master Card and Visa are accepted. This is not a secure site, so no credit card numbers will be accepted via this site.  However, credit card information can be indicated on the application form.  Master Card and Visa are also accepted at the BLW Bookstore.

Graduate Credits:   In conjunction with Ashland University, BLW participants may earn graduate leve credit hours.  Information and paperwork will be available at the workshop.  Contact Barry Jolliff (330-345-8492) or bjolliff@sssnet.com with questions.

Continuing Education Units (CEU's):  Participants may earn 1.3 CEU's by attending BLW.  The CEU's are obtained through the Ohio Parks and Recreation Association (OPRA).  Teachers, Recreation Professionals, etc. can apply the CEU's toward their professional registration/certifiction requirements.  For more information, please contact Tim Borton at (419-693-5485) or e-mail Tim at timborton@aol.com.
